General Summary:

The Contact Center Representative is primarily responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls. Call projects, will include welcome calls for new partners and church members. Assists with escalated issues relating to refunds, service complaints, ministry event concerns and requests. Product up-sells will be incorporated when appropriate. Basic knowledge of the ministry database management system will be expected upon completion of training. Assistance at off-site venues may be required as needed.
