THE POTTER’S HOUSE OF DALLAS APP
This page explains how to delete your account and data from The Potter’s House of Dallas mobile app, published by The Potter’s House of Dallas, Inc.
OPTION 1: DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT IN THE APP
Open The Potter’s House of Dallas app and sign in.
Tap the Profile tab at the bottom of the screen.
Tap Personal Information.
Tap Delete Account, then tap Delete to confirm.
Your account is deleted right away.
OPTION 2: REQUEST DELETION ONLINE
If you can’t access the app, or you want only some of your data deleted, complete the form below using the email address on your app account. We will process your request within 30 days.
WHAT IS DELETED
Your app account and sign-in details
Your profile information, such as your name, email address and phone number
WHAT WE MAY KEEP
Records of donations, which we keep as long as required for tax and financial reporting (for example, to provide giving statements)
Information we must keep to comply with the law, resolve disputes or prevent fraud
Anonymous, aggregated usage data that does not identify you
