Joshua 2:12-18; Joshua 6:15-23

There are always one or two things that you have no doubt at all was the Lord. You cannot live off your parent’s faith. You have to have an encounter with God. When you go through what your parents went through, what they told you starts to make sense. God can get behind the little bit that you have and do something big with it. Shout! For the Lord has given you the city. The wall is still standing but the Lord has given you the city. SHOUT! You’ve got to be careful how you turn up your nose to people. Sometimes God will use the harlot to bring you out. All of God’s plans were hanging on the actions of a harlot. If Rahab didn’t lie, the spies would have died. The only thing that is standing between you and the promises of God is a wall. SHOUT! The wall is down! The wall is down, but you have to climb over the rubble. So many people forget who brought you. God will not honor you if you forget who brought you over. You have an oath. The Blood can turn a harlot’s house into a church house. Jericho was the thread to the promised land. How they handled the first city determines everything else. Seek ye FIRST the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.” (Matthew 6:33) It’s not the offering that is in important, it’s the priority. Rahab was the thread that brought the Savior into this world.
