Summary/Description:

Summary: To serve The Potter’s House dually at the Ft. Worth and Dallas locations by working in the
Facilities Department primarily as an event set up technician to independently oversee and execute
proper event set up and linen placement and management, preparing linens for cleaning shipment,
inventory control, proper storage, under the leadership of the Custodial Supervisor and Events
Liaison. Duties include, but are not limited to the placement of tables, chairs and linens. Job
duties also include linen management:

Essential Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
•Complete!}{, and independently manage and maintain the upkeep, organization and storage of all
table linens to ensure longevity of usage; coordinate with the contracted linen service provider to
facilitate proper cleaning and pressing for the Ft. Worth and Dallas campuses.
•Be able to.physically move and place large tables and stacks of chairs (approximately 50 to 75
lbs.)
•Learn how to work from with the EMS worksheet and be able to execute set up accordingly.
•Reliable transportation required to be able to commute between campuses.

Educational Requirements:

• High school required or GED, trade school certificate in one or more trades beneficial, but not
essential.1
• Physical requirements include lifting, pulling and pushing objects up to 75 pounds. Must have
ability to climb, stoop and bend.
• Flexible schedule changes and weekend work is sometimes required, including working on
Sundays,.holidays, and cases of emergencies.
